Hi! My Name is Alisa Rogers, and I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and raised in Volusia County.  My family and I live in the quaint beachside town of Ormond By-The-Sea.  My passion is people and great customer service, as is attested to by over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner.  My love for real estate came about when I worked as an Assistant Closer for a reputable local Title Company. There I learned what real estate is all about.

I obtained my Real Estate license in 2005. In 2006 I Joined the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors and went to work. Within one year I earned my Brokers license. I have always enjoyed taking the opportunity to be a leader, and I feel that I am naturally able to do so. I have been a Real Estate Specialist for 18 years and have climbed the Leadership ladder at the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors for the past 9 years. From Director to President, I've strived for greater excellence to move the members forward and help the Association grow and advance.

I am dedicated to providing real estate solutions through progressive techniques, and knowledge and giving exceptional Quality Service to all my customers and clients. I am a proud Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors Honor Society recipient from 2010-2024.  My goal is to make the process of selling or buying a home enjoyable and rewarding for you!
