After 25 years in the automotive business, beginning in Retail Sales and ending as an Operations Director for a national chain, I returned to my hometown of Daytona Beach Shores in 2003 and purchased a luxury beachfront condominium at Ocean Villas. This is where my interest in Real Estate began. I felt that living the dream myself gave me an advantage when assisting others to fulfill their own dreams. Rather than retiring, I obtained my Real Estate license and started a new career. Since that time I have developed my expertise in the purchase and sale of high-end luxury condominiums, excelling among my peers in this niche market by staying up to date on every move and status change within the market each day. By developing my expertise and forging relationships with residents in Ocean Villas and beyond, I became one of the top local agents in dollar volume from Ponce Inlet to Ormond Beachside.
