About Kingston Shores
Kingston Shores is the last property in the north part of Volusia County before entering Flagler County. It is a budget condominium complex with twelve 2-story buildings. Some are more like regular condominiums in one level, some are townhome-style with the units in two levels.
The complex spans from the Intracoastal Waterway (Halifax River) and the Atlantic Ocean. It has a private walkway to the beach. Except for two-three front buildings, you don’t have much of the ocean view from the units. Back buildings offer the view of Intracoastal.
106 units total. Units are 1,214 sq.ft. for a one level condo units and 1,252 sq. ft. for a townhome-style 2 level units. A lot of floor to ceiling glass makes them light and airy.
One of older complexes. All outside walls are not insulated. Some of the units do not have the vent for the dryer and it vents into the attic. Old AC units may not be working and the lines disintegrated, so you would not only need to replace both the air-handler and the compressor, but also run the electric and copper cooling lines.
