Our dedicated staff members are continuing with upholding our highest of standards when it comes to the cleanliness of our facilities. Oceans Luxury Realty®, Oceans Luxury Vacations, and Oceans Management Group comply with The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations and public health officials’ guidelines to keep our guests and staff as safe as possible.

The Oceans Luxury Realty Standard

We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when visiting with us. Below are some of the precautionary measures that we take daily to ensure your health and safety:

• We assure the safety and well-being of our professional cleaning staff members. That they are healthy and have all the needed supplies to clean and prepare each accommodation based on the CDC recommendations through elevated cleaning and sanitation protocols. 

• We use a disinfection agent and antimicrobial cleaner to treat surfaces and make sure each accommodation is then sealed for the next guest.

• Informational content regarding recommended handwashing procedures is posted in our main office. Our rentals will also have signs posted to remind guests to wash their hands in common bathrooms and changing rooms, as well as signs on the importance of practicing social distancing.
