Originally from the suburb of Chicago, IL, Ross realized early on that he was destined for a warmer climate. After relocating to Arizona, he attended Arizona State University and the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, where he began his career in real estate. Ross's expertise was initially shaped through hands-on experience in new home construction and sales with some of the top builders in the Phoenix metro area.

After obtaining his broker’s license, Ross expanded his knowledge by focusing on the resale and rental markets, helping investors build and manage property portfolios. His comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, paired with his experience in both new home and investment property markets, has provided him with a versatile skill set.

Seeking a more tropical environment, Ross began exploring Florida’s beach towns and quickly discovered that New Smyrna Beach and the Volusia County area resonated with him on a personal level. "The ocean and beaches here felt like home, and I knew this was where I wanted to live and build my career," he says.
