Nick Xynidis born in 1973 and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. I have seen my share of changes in regards to development. Working as a realtor with Oceans Luxury Realty I bring extensive knowledge of the area. Having been brought up in the family business of Sports Medicine and fitness center in Ormond beach, I followed in my father's footsteps. Going to Physical Therapy Assistant program at Daytona State College, then working in the clinic and Home Health settings. Through these experiences working with patients helped foster a unique set of skills involving communication and trust. Having worked with thousands of people in the area and having many connections in the community will be an valuable asset in the real estate industry. Also being a buyer and seller of numerous local real estate transactions since the early 2000's has given me a valuable insight of the area.
